Join us on our growth journey as an Team Assistant (m/f/d), where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, supporting our team with administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Your Tasks

  • Work directly with the founders, supporting management and employees with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with finance-related tasks, handling for example payment transactions and invoicing.
  • Ensure efficient office operations at our headquarters in Freiburg im Breisgau.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experiences

  • Organisational talent with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the responsibilities, systems, and procedures in office administration.
  • Experience in financial administration including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and receipt management. Proficient in accounting software and digital bookkeeping systems (e.g., SevDesk, DATEV, Lexware). Strong background in handling day-to-day financial operations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (Native speaker) and English (B1-Level).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Perseverance and assertiveness paired with valuing and supportive attitude.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.
