Your Tasks

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, identify gaps and opportunities, and convert these insights into practical technical solutions.
  • Deliver technical expertise and in-depth packaging sustainability knowledge during the sales process, including scoping, solution design, and proposal development, to secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting how Recyda's features can meet their business needs.
  • Participate in bid processes and RfPs, collaborating with our Account Executives to ensure Recyda's features and value propositions are accurately represented.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, establishing yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Serve as the technical reference during the presales phase, offering product expertise on the implementation and integration of our solution with customer systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, positioning our solution as a market leader effectively.

Skills & Experiences

  • 3+ years of experience as Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication in German (Minimum B2), English (Minimum C1) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with enterprise system landscapes, e.g. ERP, PLM.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to actively listen to and understand customer needs.
