Your Tasks

  • Work directly with the founders on significant projects that are critical to the company’s growth, such as fundraising, business development, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and assist with finance-related tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

Skills & Experiences

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in consulting, or a startup.
  • Solid finance background with a strong affinity for numbers and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and German (native or advanced professional skills).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Perseverance and assertiveness paired with valuing and supportive attitude.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.
