Our Enterprise Account Execs engage with existing customers and new leads to promote the entire Recyda Packaging Sustainability platform. They actively foster new business growth while making a positive impact on the planet. They establish strong, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers within their assigned accounts, becoming experts in helping customers derive maximum value from their Recyda investments.

Your Tasks

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from building a strong pipeline, developing business cases to structuring and negotiating deals, and ultimately closing them. Manage a designated list of accounts and create account plans to win and expand business.
  • Utilize benchmarking and ROI data to support the customer’s decision process
  • Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
  • Review and analyze public information (e.g., executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to stay updated on industry trends
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive teams to support the deal and customer success
  • Effectively engage with management at all levels to negotiate agreements and share critical information

Skills & Experiences

  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS closing experience
  • Proven track record of consistent sales achievement, exceeding quota in previous roles
  • Experience in selling SaaS to FMCG and/or Retail is a plus
  • Customer-Centric Approach:  Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native or advanced professional proficiency) and English (additional language skills are beneficial)
